Job Title: Human Resource (HR) – Trainee, Executive, Senior Executive, Lead, Asst. Manager, and Manager – For 0.5 to 4 years experienced

Job Description:

1. Screening of the candidates, conducting telephonic round of interview and scheduling face to face interviews through phone
2. Plan, organize, and conduct orientation session
3. Responsible for planning, recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits
4. Joining formalities i.e. collection the required documents and issuing offer and appointment letters
5. Performance appraisal, performance review
6. Full & final settlement and handling exit process
7. Coordinate & manage the full & final settlement with the help of finance division
8. Responsible for all day-to-day HR operations
9. Develop a company culture which is employee oriented and focuses on quality, development and high performance
10. Maintained all records and data in company’s software
11. Coordinated with various HODs of all the departments /branches for smooth functioning
12. Monitoring of performance and obtaining feedback post-training to measure the effectiveness of the training imparted

Desired Qualification and Skill Sets:
Experience of 0.5 to 5 years
B.Tech/ BE (any branch) including but not limited to Electronics, Mechanical, IT, CS or Biotechnology with 65% or 6.5 CGPA (mandatory)
MBA or PGDM in Human Resource with 65% or 6.5 CGPA (optional)

Job Description

• Marketing company’s services internationally (North American, European and Australian companies)
• Giving web conferences and teleconferences to introduce company’s services to clients on daily bases
• Lead generation by aggressive cold calling and running email campaigns
• Taking scheduled follow ups with existing clients of the company
• Up-selling, cross-selling, accounting and lead management to increase business
• Internal database management to record all interactions with clients
• Making presentations, white papers, conference papers and blogs for company on regular bases
• Attending international conferences and visiting company’s client globally (as and when required)

Desired Qualification and Skill Sets

• B.Tech. (Any domain) from reputed college
• MBA marketing/ international business (major or minor) is optional but will be given preference. MBA with science background (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) can also apply
• B2B and/or B2C experience will be given preference
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Flexible with job timings (US/ European or Australian shifts)
• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM will be added advantage
• Willing to travel abroad and India
